2. Service Estimates & Final Pricing
Online estimates provided via our instant calculator or automated assistant are preliminary estimates based on standard room sizes and normal wear conditions.
- Our standard carpet cleaning pricing includes a 3-room minimum for $99, with additional rooms at $45/ea, hallways at $25, stairs at $75 per flight, and walk-in closets at $20.
- Excessive soil, deep sub-surface pet urine saturation requiring pad extraction, specialty stain treatments, or heavy damage may require a pre-inspection assessment and adjusted scope prior to beginning work.
- All final pricing will be reviewed with you in person prior to starting your cleaning job.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We schedule arrival windows to account for East Valley transit times. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice by calling (480) 330-0035 so we may offer that time slot to another customer in need.
4. Customer Expectations & Drying Times
Super Steemers utilizes high-temperature truck-mounted hot water extraction. Drying times typically range from 2 to 4 hours in Arizona climate conditions. Factors such as airflow, indoor humidity, and carpet density may affect drying times. Homeowners are advised to exercise caution when walking from damp carpet onto hard tile surfaces.
